Charity Bake Sale

Our K2 and K3 classes are learning about 'Human Rights' for our January Social Justice theme. Things like basic necessities and food are a human right, and during the holiday season we take the time to pause and feel thankful for the rights, blessings, family, and friends we have in our lives. We can also take this time to be a blessing to other people who may not have as much as we do. We have discussed in our classes that there are many organizations in Taiwan, and around the world, that are committed to helping people. We've also discussed some ways that we can help as well; doing something like having a fundraiser can allow us to donate  to one of these humanitarian organizations.

 

Our K2 and K3 classes are thrilled to be hosting a Charity Bake Sale (students will take orders home on the week of January 22nd). All proceeds will be donated to a local charity of each class’s choosing and we are in need of your help! 

 

We will be making and selling Marshmallow Popcorn Balls (K2) and Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats (K3); all handmade with love by us! Each treat will cost $100NTD. Reserve your order today by completing the order form sent home with your child (maximum order of 2 pieces per child). Donations are also welcome!
